Dixon Technologies: 

Dixon Technology has informed in its exchange filing that the company has signed an agreement with Asus India for the manufacturing of IT products. The filing states, “The company's subsidiary Padget Electronics has signed an agreement with Asus India for manufacturing IT products notebooks.”

Exide Industries:

 The company has invested Rs 100 crore in its subsidiary Exide Energy Solutions (EESL). With this investment, the total investment made by the company in Exide Energy Solutions stands at Rs 2,752.24 crore.

PTC India: 

PTC Energy, ONGC Green and the company have signed share purchase agreement. 100 percent stake in PTC Energy will be sold to ONGC Green. The company's shares closed at Rs 238.60 on Friday with a rise of 8.80 percent. In the last one year, the stock has seen a rise of 238.60 percent.

Hindustan Unilever: 

A petition has been filed in the Bombay High Court challenging the tax order of Rs 962 crore of the Income Tax authorities. HUL had received tax notice of Rs 962 crore on TDS dispute in GSK deal. On Friday, the company's shares closed at Rs 2,938.70 with a decline of 0.60 percent.

Adani Power: 

Adani Group has won the bid for long term 6,600 MW bundled renewable and thermal power supply to Maharashtra. Its bid is Rs 4.08 per unit, which has left companies like JSW Energy and Torrent Power behind. On Friday, the company's shares closed at Rs 634.10 with a decline of 2.61 percent.

LIC: 

Life Insurance Corporation has reduced its stake in pharma sector company Aurobindo Pharma. LIC has given this information to the stock market on Friday. The corporation said it has reduced its stake in the pharma company from 100 per cent to 100 per cent through open market sale.

Zee Ent: 

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has allowed withdrawal of its order approving the merger of Zee Entertainment and Sony Pictures Networks India and has withdrawn its earlier order passed in this regard. The Mumbai bench of NCLT had last week withdrawn its order passed on August 10, 2023.

Zydus Life: 

The company's arm has signed an exclusive licensing and supply agreement with US based Viwit Pharmaceuticals. Arm has signed an agreement for Gadobutrol Injection and Gadoterate Meglumine Injection for the US market.
